Shipping Policy

Shipping schedules may vary because the movement of an order depends on fulfillment activity, carrier capacity, destination conditions, and other circumstances that can change during transit. Under ordinary conditions, customers should generally allow approximately ten to twenty business days after an order has been confirmed for the package to reach its destination. For the purposes of this estimated timeframe, business days are counted from Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays, recognized holidays, and periods affected by extraordinary disruptions. These delivery estimates are provided as general guidance rather than guaranteed arrival commitments.

During periods of unusually strong demand, delivery may require additional time. Major promotional campaigns, seasonal shopping periods, holiday activity, and large retail events can increase the number of orders entering fulfillment networks at the same time. Increased warehouse workloads and higher carrier volumes may consequently extend normal processing and transportation schedules. Customers placing orders during such periods should consider the possibility of longer transit times when planning for delivery.

Once an order has been submitted and successfully confirmed, changes to the shipping information may no longer be available. Customers should therefore carefully review all information before completing checkout. This includes the recipient’s full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, region, and postal code, as well as any other details required by the selected delivery service. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause routing problems, delivery attempts to fail, or shipments to be temporarily held while the carrier attempts to determine the correct destination. Such circumstances may substantially extend the time required for successful delivery.

Transportation conditions can also affect the progress of a shipment after it leaves the fulfillment facility. Severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, infrastructure problems, unexpected carrier congestion, and international supply chain disruptions may all interfere with ordinary delivery schedules. These events can occur without advance warning and may affect individual regions or broader transportation networks. When circumstances outside our reasonable control create delays, the estimated delivery period may need to be extended accordingly.

Inventory availability can occasionally change between the time an order is submitted and the point at which fulfillment begins. Although reasonable measures are taken to maintain accurate stock information, unexpected inventory discrepancies or sudden demand may result in an item becoming unavailable. If this situation occurs, the affected customer will be informed as soon as practical. Depending on the circumstances, the unavailable product may be removed from the order and the applicable amount returned through the original payment method.

Standard shipping is provided without an additional delivery charge for eligible orders. However, free shipping does not eliminate the possibility of delivery complications created by destination restrictions or carrier requirements. Some locations may have limited service coverage, restricted access, special handling conditions, or other limitations that affect whether a parcel can be delivered successfully. Customers are encouraged to make sure that the selected destination is complete and accessible before submitting an order.

A delivery attempt may also fail when nobody is available to receive a package, when the destination cannot be accessed, or when the carrier encounters an address-related issue. Depending on the circumstances, the courier may make another attempt or follow its established procedures for holding the parcel. If repeated attempts are unsuccessful and the shipment is eventually returned to the fulfillment facility, the associated transaction may be canceled and the eligible payment amount returned to the original payment method.

Order tracking is available through the platform whenever tracking information has been provided by the applicable carrier. Tracking allows customers to follow important stages of the fulfillment process, including preparation, dispatch, transportation, intermediate handling, and final delivery. Although tracking information is designed to provide useful visibility, updates may not always appear immediately. A temporary period without a new scan does not necessarily indicate that a package has been lost, as shipments can move between facilities before another tracking event is recorded.

Several other circumstances may prevent an order from proceeding normally. These can include unexpected stock shortages, destinations outside the carrier’s supported service area, address formats that cannot be accepted, restricted delivery locations, payment authorization difficulties, or additional security checks. When an order requires further verification, processing may pause until the relevant issue has been resolved. These measures are intended to reduce errors and protect both customers and transactions.

If the wrong item, size, or variation is delivered, customers should contact the support team promptly and provide the relevant order information. The situation can then be reviewed under the applicable return and refund requirements. Where a different product is desired, customers may generally complete the appropriate return process and place a separate order for the preferred item, subject to availability.

When a package appears to be taking longer than expected, customers should first review the latest tracking information and confirm that the shipping address entered during checkout was correct. Tracking details can often identify whether the parcel remains in transit, is awaiting another carrier scan, or has encountered a delivery issue. If the shipment remains unresolved after these checks, the customer service team can investigate the circumstances and provide further assistance where possible.

Our aim is to make the delivery process predictable, transparent, and easy to understand while recognizing that transportation networks involve conditions beyond direct control. By providing estimated timelines, shipment visibility, clear order requirements, and responsive assistance, we seek to help customers remain informed from the moment an order is confirmed until the package reaches its intended destination.
